TASTING NOTES:
Medium intense fruitiness of green olive with little hints of ripeness. Well-balanced with green aromatic notes of herbs and almond and apple notes. Sweet in mouth at the beginning, soft bitterness and slightly spicy at the end. Aftertaste of almonds and herbs, well balanced in all its attributes.
