INTRODUCTION

Social responsibility makes possible to reconcile the social interest of the company with the legitimate interests of the different interest groups that may be affected, and also to assume the impact of the company's activities on the community as a whole and on the environment.

This Corporate Social Responsibility Policy (hereinafter, "CSR Policy") aims to establish a frame of reference, from which any entity of LUQUE ECOLOGICO, SL can develop and promote socially responsible behavior, regardless of the form - conventional and / or digital-, in which the business is developed, and the country in which it operates, locally adapting the actions that are necessary for its fulfillment.

OBJECTIVES

LUQUE ECOLOGICO, SL defines its social responsibility as “a voluntary and strategic commitment that implies seeking to achieve its business objectives, rigorously complying with its contractual and legal obligations, applying criteria of equity and stability in relations with its interest groups (stakeholders), thus contributing to the satisfaction of the present and future needs of society "

Promoting Corporate Social Responsibility at LUQUE ECOLOGICO, S. L., has to be perceived as a way of:

1) Achieve the social interest of LUQUE ECOLOGICO, S. L. and its strategic objectives.

2) Manage the company from the values ​​defined by LUQUE ECOLOGICO, S. L. of solvency, integrity, service vocation, innovation for leadership and a committed team, which must be present in any business project that is developed.

3) Establish stable and equitable relationships with the stakeholders with which the company is related, mainly those defined in the goal1 - employees, suppliers, distributors, clients and society.

4) Manage the risks and business opportunities derived from the evolution of the environment in which LUQUE ECOLOGICO, S. L. carries out its commercial activity, assuming the impact it generates on society and the environment, maximizing the positives and minimizing the negatives.

1. Compliance with the International Commitments related to Social Responsibility.

LUQUE ECOLOGICO, S. L. undertakes voluntarily to comply with the different international CSR initiatives as well as to subscribe to the particular requirements of our clients in this matter.

Voluntary adherence to this type of international initiative has an impact on the reputation of LUQUE ECOLOGICO, S. L. and entails compliance with the commitments assumed.

2. Compliance with national and international laws and standards in force in all the countries in which the company operates, adopting in a complementary way international standards and guidelines such as those established by the OECD, and the conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO), where there is no adequate or sufficient legal development.

 

3. Maintenance of corporate governance practices based on ethics, corporate transparency and diversity; Respecting the rules of free market and free competition, and rejecting any illegal or fraudulent practice, contrary to the rules of good governance, the rules and corporate policies of LUQUE ECOLOGICO, SL and the guidelines of the Code of Business Ethics of the company to gain business advantages.

6. Commitment to Human Rights. LUQUE ECOLOGICO, SL is completely in line with the United Nations Global Compact and its ten principles, which commits us directly to the respect, defense and protection of Human Rights contained in the "International Bill of Human Rights", in the conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the Declaration of Fundamental Principles and Labor Rights.
