Luque Ecological: “History in a Bottle”

While we were delighted to become organic olive growers in the late 80s, we have now essentially discovered the greatest value passed down by our ancestors: the heritage of our centennial olive trees.

Using its golden history as a foundation, we immediately began rehabilitating the olive grove, the soil, and the ecosystem. Inspired by the history of both the trees and the place, we have not only reestablished ties with nature but also embarked on a new olive oil project to put "history in a bottle."
